Choosing the right heating system for your property is very important which is why we offer a free quotation service. A qualified gas safe registered engineer will meet with you to discuss your requirements and the various products.The first stage of this process is to decide on the correct boiler for your needs.

We supply and install a wide range of sedbuk A rated condensing boilers. As our company is Viessman and Alpha approved we are able to offer a five year warranty instead of the standard one to two years which you get with other manufacturers.The next stage involves determining the size and style of radiators required for each room. The engineer will talk you through how the job will be carried out which will minimise any upheaval on the day.

After your quotation you will receive it in writing so that you have the necessary information available before you agree to the work being carried out. If you are happy to go ahead we can then arrange a mutually convenient date and time for the installation. All the work will be carried out to a professional standard and will be guaranteed for 12 months from the date of installation.

Any rubbish including your old system will be taken away on completion of the job.  

BOILER CHANGE
If you only require your boiler to be replaced it is the same procedures as the full installation with the exception of the radiators.

BATHROOMS
We offer a free consultation service which involves one of our engineers meeting with you to discuss your requirements. We can provide brochures and supply your bathroom suite or alternatively you can supply your own.When carrying out the installation it may be necessary to work in conjunction with other tradesmen. We are happy to do this and establish a working schedule to ensure that your project runs quickly and smoothly.All the work will be carried out to a professional standard and will be guaranteed for 12 months from the date of installation. Any rubbish including your old suite will be taken away on completion of the job.

BREAKDOWN & REPAIR
As many of us have experienced boilers can sometimes breakdown leaving you without heating and often hot water. We understand the inconvenience that this will cause which is why we aim to respond to all calls quickly.

SERVICING
After investing money to replace your heating system or in order to maintain your existing system it is recommended that your appliance is serviced annually. In most cases for newly installed boilers you must have the boiler serviced annually in order to validate the warranty. It is also recommended that smaller gas appliances such as fires etc are also serviced. This service can be carried out at a time that is convenient for the customer, including evenings.

POWER FLUSH
Pipes and boilers can suffer from sludge build up which can cause radiators not to heat properly putting strain on the pump and even leading to blockages in pipes. This service is a fast and effective way of cleaning your system which will improve efficiency and may save you costly repairs in the future.

LANDLORDS SAFETY CERTIFICATES
By law if you rent property you must have an annual Gas Safety Inspection carried out on the property. We can carry out the inspection at a convenient time for you or your tenants.

FIRES & COOKERS
We install both gas fires and fire surrounds. Also installed are gas cookers and hobs.

PLUMBING
All aspects of plumbing work are undertaken.
