If you’re a landlord or a letting agency then you’ll be aware that when it comes to the maintenance of your heating, plumbing and boiler system, you have two priorities. On the one hand, you have your property or the property you’re responsible for which must be properly and safely maintained at all times. On the other hand you have the tenant who relies on you to take prompt and proper action as and when a problem arises with what is essentially their home.If your house is also your business, then it stands to reason that you’d want to do everything you can to ensure it, both as an investment and means of income and for your tenants.
